Back when I started this blog, I couldn’t quite think of the perfect name for it. Let me remind you that I also shared I am quite random at times, and will make periodic changes to the blog whenever I get the urge to do so.  I recently felt another urge…I changed the name to reflect mine and Scott’s basketball background…and it also correlates to our upcoming change in parenting style from a straight up man to man “D” to a zone because we will soon (or not so soon) be outnumbered! I realized after awhile, that once Vinny gets here we will not be “going 5” anymore- we will have already “gone 5”.  This way, PearcyZoneD can stick around after he gets here.  Lucky you!
